New Moon in Libra: you can start afresh, but not on the same terms
Every New Moon symbolises the start of a new cycle. In Libra, the focus is on our relationships with others: who we want by our side, which partnerships have the potential to develop, where we need to compromise, and where we have compromised more than we should have.
With Venus in retrograde, however, the answers are not just right in front of us. The past may come knocking again.
A person may return. An old collaboration may be discussed again. We might remember a dream we once gave up on, or decide to give something a second chance that didn’t work out the first time.
That does not mean that everything that comes back must necessarily stay.
The essence of this New Moon is for us to take everything we have learnt from the past and use it to create something better. If we repeat exactly the same choices, we are likely to get the same result.
Aries — A relationship may turn a new page
Your relationships and partnerships are on the cusp of an important new beginning. A new person may come into your life, a new partnership may be formed, or an existing relationship may enter a new phase.
The past, however, remains a part of the present. Someone may return, or an old issue may need to be discussed again. This time, don’t just rely on your feelings. See if the circumstances that caused the problem in the first place have actually changed.

Home, family and personal security are entering a new phase. There may be a decision to move house, a change to your living space, a new family situation, or simply the need to create a daily routine that better reflects who you are.
At the same time, something from your romantic past may resurface. An old love, a desire or even a creative project you’d given up on might ask for a second chance. The question is whether you’re going back because you genuinely want to, or simply because it’s familiar to you.

This is your New Moon, and it could mark a significant fresh start. You may want to change your appearance, attitude, direction or even the way you present yourself to others.
But before you decide where you want to go, you need to think it over again what really matters to you. Financial choices, personal values and issues of self-esteem are coming back for reconsideration. You don’t need to become your old self. You need to understand what your old self learnt.

Capricorn — A new career path may begin
Your career, your goals and your public image are entering a new phase. There may be a new job offer, a change of direction, the assumption of greater responsibility, or a decision that significantly affects your next move.
Here, too, however, the past may prove useful. An old colleague, an acquaintance, a group of people or a goal you had given up on may resurface and create a new opportunity.
Don’t dismiss something just because you’ve seen it before. The question is whether things might turn out differently this time.
