There are times when you feel it intensely: an invisible gap between you and your family. It may not be anything specific, it may all seem \u00abnormal\u00bb on the outside, and yet inside, something makes you feel like a stranger. Like you're a guest in a house that wasn't built for you. If that thought - \u00abI don't belong here\u00bb<\/em> - is familiar, you're not alone. And, most importantly, it's not your idea<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In psychology and especially in systems approach<\/strong>, we know that we often feel cut off from our family not because there is something \u00abwrong\u00bb with us, but because the family system carries stories that have not been told<\/strong>. Trauma, exclusion, secrets and losses that have never been acknowledged can affect our place in the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The result? A deep, subterranean feeling that they don't see us, they don't understand us or that we don't fit in<\/strong>, even if the intentions of others are good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Often, this feeling of \u00abalienation\u00bb is associated with a unconscious identification<\/strong>: with an ancestor who was rejected, with a family member who had no room, with a story that was not allowed to be heard. The soul - in an attempt to restore the lost balance - takes a place in silence. You may feel that you are not allowed to be yourself, that you belong elsewhere, that you are different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u0397 systemic representation<\/strong> often reveals that this \u00abnot belonging\u00bb is in fact a message you are conveying on behalf of someone else<\/strong>. Someone who also felt that they did not belong, who was removed, who was forgotten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This feeling of alienation is neither a weakness nor a sign of incompatibility. It is portal of self-knowledge<\/strong>. There is a truth in it: your soul is calling you to explore your roots in a new way. To discover what you really carry and what belongs to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The solution is not always to \u00abstick\u00bb or adapt. It can be the recognition of your inner journey<\/strong>, the understanding that you can honour your family without living as a prisoner in its old patterns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you have felt that you don't fit in your family<\/strong>, that they don't see you as you really are<\/strong>, or that something is missing without knowing what<\/strong>, then you have already taken the first step: admit it. The second step is to illuminate it. And there is a way to do that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Because if You don't belong here.<\/em>, perhaps the time has come to take the place that really belongs to you<\/strong> - with awareness, honor and
