How many sessions will I need?;<\/p><\/div>

That depends on the issue you are concerned about and how deeply rooted it is.
Some people feel relief from the the very first session<\/strong>, while others choose a series of sessions<\/strong> to explore more levels.
There is no \u00abmust\u00bb - there is only your own rhythm. What is always recommended is to allow a few months between sessions to allow the \u2018system\u2019 to make room for \u2018its new training\u2019.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

How soon will I see results?;<\/p><\/div>

Most experience emotional discharge<\/strong> and changes in their perspective immediately after the session<\/strong>.
Other times, the changes are subtle and gradually evolving<\/strong>, in the coming days, weeks or even months.
Each system is unique - and reacts in its own time.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

No.
Systemic Representation is not magic - it is a scientifically recognised psychodynamic approach<\/strong>, based on years of observation and experience.
The sense of \u00abmagic\u00bb you may experience is due to the intense energy and the revelation of deeper truths<\/strong>, that you never imagined you were carrying.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

I have been diagnosed with a mental disorder in the past - is it for me?;<\/p><\/div>

If you have a diagnosis of a mental disorder or are receiving psychiatric treatment, Systemic Reconstruction is not recommended as the main treatment<\/strong>.
In this case, consult your doctor first<\/strong> or a certified psychotherapist.
Your safety and stability is a priority.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Can I do a systemic representation for someone else?;<\/p><\/div>

Not exactly.
Representation works best when it's about you<\/strong>, your own system and your own internal dynamics.
Even if someone else (parent, child, partner) is distracting you, we're working on your bond with him<\/strong> - and this is often enough to change the balance between you altogether.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

What do I need to know or do before the session?;<\/p><\/div>

You don't need to read, prepare or have previous experience.
As long as you have a clear request or concern<\/strong>, and a quiet place to connect (if the session is being held remotely).
You will receive instructions for the technical part<\/strong> and I'll be by your side every step of the way.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

It is perfectly normal to have more than one request - whether they are related or not.
My suggestion:<\/strong> We start with the one that \u201cburns\u201d the most right now.
Usually, when we work the most pronounced or basic root<\/strong>, chains of changes are unfolding in other areas, without even having to touch them directly<\/strong>.
If you feel you want to continue with the next ones, we can book a series of sessions at your own pace.
