Astrina Returns Policy

You can cancel and return your online order within 14 days from the date you receive it. Products must be returned in the condition received by the customer, complete, without any damage, unused and the product packaging must be that which normally accompanies the product.

In addition, for all cases that are not returned within 14 days or in case the packaging of the product has been opened and the returned product is not accompanied by the documents that accompanied it (e.g. packaging, retail sales receipt, etc.), then the company reserves the right not to accept any return. Prior to any return, it is recommended that a prior consultation be made by email at info@astrina.gr, Monday-Friday 11:00-19:00. In case of our fault (wrong delivery of products) the costs are borne by us. In case of change of mind of the recipient, the shipping costs and any remittances for the refund are borne by the recipient.

The items will be returned with the transport company we work with, in case of our own fault and if there has been prior communication via email info@astrina.gr. If the customer chooses a different carrier due to a change of mind, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Any product exchange is carried out within three (3) working days, provided that the returned products are received and we check that they are in their original condition. In any case, the products must be returned within 14 days to the following address. The individual enterprise does not cover the transport costs if the change requested is not due to its fault (e.g. defective product).

In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the sole trader is not obliged to receive them or has the right to receive them and to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and any damage caused by it, and to proceed unilaterally and without any other means to a total or partial set-off of its claim against the customer, without prejudice to any other right. In general, in order for the refund procedure to be completed, irrespective of the justification given, the customer must have paid in full the amount owed to the sole trader, both in terms of the cost of the goods and the transport charges, where the refund is not due to the sole trader's fault.
